Yes we do. Upon request, we will remove any item being replaced with a like for like product from TFS and recycle it free of charge as part of our service.

We are a business to business provider and our customers are required to open a trade account with TFS.

Once you have opened an account with TFS then you will be given a username and password for our website giving you access to pricing and enabling you to place orders with us.

Yes this is all part of our service although there will be a separate charge for extension hoses and waste pipe hoses if required.

Warranties vary from supplier to supplier. Please click on individual products for warranty  information. Warranties are for normal wear and tear on domestic usage of items.
