I have an account - how do I place an order?Please log onto our website, select the items you wish to order, place in your cart and complete order. A customer service agent will then be in touch with you to confirm delivery arrangements.
If you wish to order via email then please email your order to orders@tfs.direct We will require:
- Your order reference
- Product code/s
- Description of item/s
- Price of item/s and order total
- Delivery address
- Access information
- Contact Name & phone number for delivery

When will I receive my delivery?Your customer service agent will call you to arrange a delivery date. If you have not received your delivery or wish to amend your delivery date then please contact our customer service team at info@tfs.direct or on 01355 226 556.

Will the packaging be removed when you deliver my order?Yes this is all part of our service. The packaging will be removed and recycled by us.

Will my items be fully installed?Yes. This is offered as part of our service. Furniture items will be built up and gas cookers and washing machines will be fully installed.

Do you uplift and dispose of furniture and white goods?Yes we do. Upon request, we will remove any item being replaced with a like for like product from TFS and recycle it free of charge as part of our service.

How much does delivery cost?Delivery is free of charge

Can I specify a delivery time?Customer Services will give the delivery contact person a suitable time slot. We will always endeavour to deliver at a time that suits you.

What are your payment terms?Unless otherwise agreed, our standard payment term is 30 days from date of invoice.

How do I purchase items from TFS?We are a business to business provider and our customers are required to open a trade account with TFS.

Once you have opened an account with TFS then you will be given a username and password for our website giving you access to pricing and enabling you to place orders with us.

How do I order Contract or Bespoke Items?The procurement team at TFS have excellent relationships with our suppliers across the UK.
We specialise in offering a tailored service for our customers where we source furniture, appliances, electrical items, home accessories, flooring and window coverings to meet your exact requirements.
TFS have many years of experience in contract furnishings which adhere to rigorous specifications.

Will kitchen appliances be fitted by TFS?Yes this is all part of our service although there will be a separate charge for extension hoses and waste pipe hoses if required.

Do your products come with a warranty?Warranties vary from supplier to supplier. Please click on individual products for warranty information. Warranties are for normal wear and tear on domestic usage of items.
