Hmm - that doesn't look right

It looks like we've found a price that wasn't discounted.

I've highlighted the element on the page with a green background, so it should be easily visible.

Zone Portal Mobile Guide

On this page is detailed walkthroughs on how to apply for leave and overtime in zone portal when using a mobile device.

Installing Zone Portal Website As An App

If you are having issues it can be helpful to install the Zone Portal website as an app so that you can use it more easily. To do this start by opening the website: www.tfs.direct/staff.

For Android: Once the page has loaded click on the three dots icon on your browser to open the menu. Scroll down in the menu until you see the option for "Add to Home Screen" and then when the prompt appears choose install and press Install when asked to confirm and this will install zone portal on your home screen.

For iOS: Once the page has loaded, tap the Share button (the square with an arrow pointing upward) at the bottom of Safari. Scroll down in the menu until you see the option for "Add to Home Screen" and tap it. You'll then be able to edit the name of the shortcut if you wish. Make sure that the option for "Open as Web App" is selected. Once you're satisfied with the name and settings, tap Add to install the web app icon on your home screen.

Applying for leave

Below is a video which shows the process of how to apply for leave when using zone portal on a mobile device.  This video will show you the process of how to put through a request for leave which your supervisor will then be able to approve or deny. It will also show the screen where your requests and their status' will be kept (you should also receive an e-mail to let you know once your supervisor has made a decision on your request).

Posting Overtime

Below is a video which shows the process for entering shift times for casuals and overtime for any staff. This video will detail how you enter completed shifts if you are a casual as this will replace timesheets. The video will then also show how to apply for overtime which will then be either approved or denied by your supervisor. It will also show the status screen for your overtime requests (you should also receive an e-mail to let you know once your supervisor has made a decision on your overtime request).

Please Note: As mentioned in the video please make sure that you select the correct option in the "Pay Item" field for either Office or Non-office. Also, make sure you choose the correct rate for the overtime at either time-and-a-half (1.5) or double-time (2). As well as this it is also vitally important you enter your times and overtimes as soon as is possible as any mistakes or delays may lead to your request being denied or issues with your pay later down the line.
